Absolutely! Archadeck builds structures such as porches, pergolas, and decks all year. However, patio installation may be paused if the ground freezes.

Fall and winter are prime seasons to start planning and build your outdoor living space. By starting now, you take advantage of seasonal discounts, lock in current rates to avoid 2027 price increases, and avoid the spring rush and long lead times. Your project will be ready to use come spring, and you won't have to worry about active construction when the weather warms up.
How does the flex build scheduling option operate?
The flex build discount provides savings in exchange for scheduling flexibility. By allowing us to schedule your build between contract signing and April 30th, 2027, you unlock discounted pricing.
Can I combine the flex build discount with other promotional offers?
No, the flex build discount is a standalone offer and cannot be combined with any additional discounts or promotions.
Can I sign a contract today but hold off construction until Spring?
We cannot guarantee a specific Spring start date. If you finalize your contract today, you can choose standard scheduling (typically 8–10 weeks out) or opt for the flex build addendum, which offers a discount in exchange for allowing us to complete construction anytime before April 30th, 2027.
