Level 1: The Entry-Level Modular Kitchen

Pre-designed aluminum cabinets; several color options. Lightweight; safe for decks or patios.

Level 2: The Mid-Level Built-In Surround

Custom masonry block surround for a substantial look. Heavy; requires a patio or concrete slab (cannot be installed on decks). Permanent custom masonry for your existing appliances. 

Level 3: The Full Custom Luxury Kitchen

Full custom shapes (bars, L-shapes) using a lightweight frame with veneer stone. Lightweight; can be installed on decks or patios. Complete appliance integration and total flexibility in layout and location.

Do I need a permit to install an outdoor kitchen?

It depends. Freestanding grill islands don't always require a permit, but if we are connecting to gas lines, adding electrical work, or building a permanent roofed structure, a permit will be required. As a local outdoor kitchen contractor, Archadeck handles the permit process for you.

Can I use my outdoor kitchen year-round?

Typically, yes! The mild winters in both North and South Carolina make your outdoor living space usable year-round. With the addition of a built-in firepit or outdoor heaters, you can enjoy your paver patio and outdoor ktichen year-round, if it's not raining or snowing.

Can I build an outdoor ktichen on a deck?
