Yes! We build carpentry projects like decks, porches, and pergolas year-round. We pause patio construction when the ground freezes.

Is Fall a good time to start my project?

Yes, fall and winter are great times to start your outdoor living project. You can save money with seasonal discounts, avoid 2027 price increases, and enjoy your backyard when spring arrives, avoiding long lead times and the spring rush.

Can the flex build offer be combined with other offers?

No, we cannot combine the flex build discount with any other offers.

How does flexible scheduling work?

Our flex build discount saves you money if you give us the flexibility to schedule your build anytime between signing your contract and April 30th, 2027. This means we can schedule your build anytime between October and April.

If I sign today, can I wait until Spring to build my project?

No, we can't guarantee your project will be built in the Spring. If you are ready to move and sign a contract today, you'd choose regular scheduling (8-10 weeks out) or a flex build schedule, which gives you a discount and allows us to build anytime before April 30th, 2027.

Once you do get started with us, you will be protected by two separate guarantees, constituting the most expansive customer protection plan in the industry. Local oversight also assures your property and privacy are respected. We attend to every detail, from securing any needed building permits, to the final cleanup, and we work very hard to be as unobtrusive as possible during the entire construction phase.
