After your design is finalized, we will submit it to your local village to obtain any necessary building permits. Once we get an approved permit, we’ll reach out to schedule your deck installation. Our crews are licensed and insured, professional carpenters who build outdoor living spaces for Chicagoland families. Aside from expert deck installation, we pride ourselves on having the best warranties in the industry.
Our projects are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty and a five-year structural warranty, further supported by the National Guarantee Corporation, ensuring completion and performance for up to two years. Manufacturer warranties may also apply, and Archadeck’s certified installation helps maintain them. Each location carries at least $1 million in liability coverage and full workers' compensation insurance (where required).
