This gorgeous open porch design is brought to life with low-maintenance TimberTech Terrain decking in Silver Maple, which beautifully complements the home’s exterior finish! The steps are matching TimberTech product with riser lights. The railing is also a low-maintenance vinyl and powder coated aluminum combined with a TimberTech top rail, which will have this family enjoying their space – not performing yearly maintenance! The substantial stacked stone columns are the shining stars of this covered porch design in beautiful muted grey and brown tones. We provided matching roofing and siding on the exterior of the gable, so the new porch appears an original extension of the home – not an afterthought.

We didn’t stop there with customization, though. Take a look at the LP Smartside skirting with TimberTech trim. The ceiling is finished with coordinating LP Smartside, which not only looks fantastic, but makes way for a clean electrical installation for the ceiling fan and recessed lighting. This porch is buttoned up!

The patio design extends the stylish aesthetic beyond the beautiful porch, offering these homeowners a separate space for entertaining and private relaxation in their backyard. The patio was created with Oberfields Grand Milestone pavers and a dark grey Unilock Il Campo border. The exterior border of the patio was created with full-nose pavers, also by Unilock limestone, in Timeless finish.

The custom fire pit was created with materials that complement the patio and the porch. It was built with Brussels Dimensional Stone in Limestone, and will be a wonderful spot for gathering with family and friends in the evenings. The feeling of warmth and ambiance provided by an outdoor fire feature is unmatched by virtually any other outdoor amenity!
