During our complimentary outdoor living space design consultation, we create a relaxed atmosphere for you where you can ask any questions you may have. We want to hear all about the project you have in mind and about your outdoor living dreams.
When we meet online to discuss your outdoor living project – or projects – we have specific objectives to keep the conversation on track.
As you would expect, your Archadeck Design Consultant will be cordial, respectful, and purposeful because your time is just as valuable as ours.
We ask that you allow about 45 minutes for this meeting, and that all decision makers attend the meeting so we can progress quickly to designing your project for you to review at a later date.
That meeting will take place shortly after this consultation, and it will be in person at your home, so we can demonstrate your outdoor transformation in person – up close and personally.
For This Consultation, Location Is Not An Obstacle
As your virtual design consultation will take place as we view each other on our computer screens, you don’t even have to be in the same location for key family members who want to participate.
If there are two decision makers, each can attend from different places, if that’s how it works out the best for you. It’s great if you are together when we meet, but it is not necessary – as long as you can both attend at the same time.
Another benefit of the virtual consultation is the information you will gain.
By the time your virtual online consultation meeting is over, you will have a very good idea about whether Archadeck of Birmingham is the right fit for your project. You will be able to ask us your questions about project designs and materials.
Once we have a clear idea of the project you have in mind, we can even give you an idea of what it might cost. When you approve the final design plan when we meet in person, we will have an exact quote for the project.
How To Prepare For Your Virtual Design Consultation
Once your virtual design consultation is scheduled, we will send you an email with details about how to prepare for the meeting. The information we request in advance will help us visualize the project you are considering at your home.
Here is what you can expect to happen:
To make our call more productive, please forward the following info to birmingham@archadeck.net prior to our call:
1. Backyard: Please send us at least 5 photos of the space – capturing the entire area, stepping back up to 40 ft. to ensure you see the entire house including the roof lines, if possible.
2. Side Yards: Please send 2- to 3 photos showing a clear view of the side yard that would allow access to the backyard, as we need to determine where materials will be placed.
3. Measurements: Please provide some general measurements of the existing space and of the project you want to have built.
4. Site Survey: If available, please provide a copy of the property survey that you should have received when you purchased your house.
