Does Archadeck of Central GA Offer Financing? Here's What You Should Know
Folks around Macon and Warner Robins usually start by telling us about the porch they've pictured for years: a ceiling fan turning slow, a swing for the grandkids, a shady corner for the dog. Watching a summer storm roll in while you stay dry. Then, almost every time, someone asks how they're going to pay for it.

It is a fair and sensible question. A custom outdoor living space is a meaningful investment in your home, and few families wish to drain their savings to make it happen. The good news is that Archadeck of Central Georgia does offer financing, and the options available may allow you to begin your project far sooner than you expected. In the sections below, we explain how our financing works, which projects it can cover, and how to take the first step.
Yes, Archadeck of Central Georgia Offers Financing
Yes. Archadeck of Central Georgia takes part in the Buy & Build Payment Program. Think of it like financing a car, except what you drive home is a screened porch. You pay monthly, and you're out there enjoying it the whole time.

According to our financing page, the program includes several flexible payment options, among them same as cash plans and low interest loans. Regions Bank is another option, and there's a link to their online application on that same page. Approval isn't automatic, of course. The lender looks at your credit and asks for some paperwork, just like any other loan.
One thing tends to trip people up. The application wants a program number, a loan code, and a loan amount, and you won't find those anywhere online. They come from our office. Call us before you start the form (it'll save you a headache), and we'll get you those numbers once your project and price are settled.
What Projects Can Be Financed?
Pretty much anything we build qualifies. A single pergola counts. A deck, porch, and outdoor kitchen all tied together counts too. Here's the list:

A quick word on cost. Archadeck's pricing resources list decks starting at roughly $17,000, and larger combination spaces naturally require a greater budget. Our team typically focuses on projects of standard size or larger, as we explain in our article on whether we take on repair work or small jobs. Financing tends to be most valuable for exactly these kinds of substantial, lasting improvements.
Why Homeowners Choose to Finance Their Outdoor Living Space
Paying cash is not the only responsible way to improve a home. For many Central Georgia families, financing is a deliberate and practical decision. Here are several reasons homeowners choose this path.
You can build without waiting. Putting away enough cash for a screened porch or sunroom can take a long time, and Georgia summers don't wait for anybody. Financing means you could be sitting out there next spring rather than three years from now. Our article on getting a jump on your outdoor living plans explains why early planning pays off.
You don't have to shrink the plan. It's a familiar story. Money gets tight, and the first thing to go is square footage, then the good boards. Financing lets you hold onto the version you wanted all along, TimberTech or AZEK composite included, which shrugs off our humidity far better than bare pine.
Your savings stay put. Water heaters never fail at a convenient time. Keeping your cash in the bank means you're covered when one does.

Your home holds its value. People love a good outdoor room, and future buyers usually do too. That only holds up if the thing is built right, permits and engineering included, which is why we never skip those steps. You can read more about this in our post on why permits matter and in our guide explaining what built to code really means.
Some homeowners also prefer to build in stages, completing one portion now and adding another feature later. This approach can pair well with financing, and you can see a real example in our story about a Warner Robins deck built in phases.
Your Next Steps
Most of our clients go through roughly five steps:
- Schedule a complimentary design consultation. We'll come by, walk the yard with you, and listen. Bring your Pinterest board if you have one. Our online request form is the quickest way to book.
- Review your custom design and exact price quote. Following our process, you get a drawing and a firm price. Hold off on any loan application until you have that number, because guessing low only causes trouble later.
- Obtain your program details and apply. Our office will supply the program number, loan code, and loan amount, after which you can complete your application through the Buy & Build Payment Program or through Regions.
- Leave the permits to us. Nothing gets built until you've signed off on the design and the county has issued its permits.
- Start using your new space. Our crews build exactly what you approved, and our warranty stands behind the work.

If you are still gathering ideas, our free design guide and photo gallery are excellent places to begin. You may also find helpful answers on our FAQ page.
