How long does it take to build a deck from start to finish?

Once permits are approved, most standard deck builds take between 1 and 2 weeks to complete. However, the total timeline can vary.  Seasonality, size, complexity, material orders, crew availablity and unforeseen circumstances all affect the duration of your project. We provide a daily update once your proejct is started to keep you informed and up to date.

What is the best decking material for our local climate?

For our region’s weather, which includes humidity, snow, and intense UV, we recommend both composite and pressure-treated pine. Treated lumber withstands harsher weather and offers a beautiful and budget-friendly option. Composite materials are engineered to resist rot, warping, and fading without the need for annual staining. We can show you samples of both during an on-site visit to see which fits your home's aesthetic best.

Are you licensed and insured to work on my property?
