Standard TimberTech labor warranties extend out seven years but on Archadeck projects, those same warranties can be extended to 25 years, 30 years, or the lifetime of your deck depending on the TimberTech product chosen. TimberTech Composite. TimberTech’s composite decking lines have become our most common choice on Farmington projects. Composite decking consists of recycled polymers mixed with wood fibers. This product doesn’t warp or splinter; and the color holds up with minimal maintenance. TimberTech warranties the product for twenty five to thirty years depending on the product line. 

TimberTech Advanced PVC. PVC decking is composed of 100% polyvinyl chloride so it will never rot or decay. This makes it an ideal choice around pools or spas. Timbertech offers a 50-year fade and stain warranty and a lifetime product warranty on PVC lines. TImberTech Advanced PVC decking also heats up less and cools down faster than wood or composite decking. For those living in fire-risk areas, TimberTech’s Vintage and Landmark lines offer ignition resistance and a class A rating for flame spread. 

Natural Wood Decking- Through advances in construction materials such as composite and PVC decking offer undeniable maintenance and cost benefits some purists still love the look of real wood. Natural wood decking ages and weathers with time serving as both an outdoor living space and a piece of furniture. Common choices for wood decking in Utah include Ipe, redwood, cedar, and bamboo. Although undeniably beautiful, wood decks do require ongoing maintenance to preserve and protect the structure. Splinters and fading are legitimate concerns. Exotic hardwoods are also notoriously difficult to work with and many come in shorter lengths than composite or PVC decking.
