Combination Deck & Porch in Ann Arbor

Here’s a combination project we built for a wonderful customer in Ann Arbor. We started with a composite deck using TimberTech+ Prime in Coconut Husk, then we built the roof structure on top and tied it into the existing house. We installed cedar tongue and groove boards on the ceiling, wrapped the framing in PVC, and then installed both fixed screens and a large retractable screen.

Elevated Deck in Ann Arbor

We recently completed this elevated deck project for a customer in Ann Arbor. With the two-tone color and white railing, this deck is a nice addition to their house. We were happy to hear they are enjoying their mornings watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
