We customize each project based on our client’s needs and wants, taking many factors into account. Each design can be completely unique. Our professionals work with you to create the outdoor living space of your dreams. You also have the option of choosing from our line of Lifestyle Classic deck designs.
What materials do you use?
We offer all types of wood, from tropical hardwoods to treated wood. We’re also experienced working with composite and synthetic decking. We offer a wide variety of screen options for screened porches, including specialty products like UV-treated screen.
I’m not sure if my existing deck is safe or up to code. Can you help?
Yes. We take safety very seriously and offer a free deck safety inspection service for your existing structure. We’ll provide you with a checklist of suggested repairs, and you can also opt to schedule a complimentary consultation to find out more about replacing your deck.
Are there legal considerations when building outdoor space?
In some cases. If your municipality requires a building permit for additions, Archadeck of West Portland will secure that permit before starting construction.
Do you offer protections and guarantees?
Absolutely. First, we provide a comprehensive contract for you to look over and sign. We also provide a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months. The warranty also covers defects in structural fitness for 60 months. Our warranty is third-party backed through the National Guarantee Corporation. In addition, our representatives are covered by at least $1 million of general liability insurance.
