Our team of expert screened porch and redesigned deck replacement construction pros replaced everything from the soffits down. We used TimberTech Brown Oak on the new deck and stairway, a critical component of the stair redesign – from straight down to this new one that now has a landing.

Also, notice that we installed a gate at the top of the stairs, as well. The railing is pressure-treated pine with aluminum balusters and a TimberTech rail cap – a beautiful accent for this strategic part of the structure.
Following suit for enhanced architectural continuity, we carried the same railing into the porch, as well, and installed a new cedar screened door.
