Your project begins with you

The first step in the building process is a free design consultation with your local Archadeck representative. He or she will:

• show you past projects and idea starters
• discuss your needs for function, style, budget, etc.
• explain Archadeck’s two guarantees
• photograph and measure your home/lot
• provide references upon request

Once you feel comfortable that we understand your needs, you give us the go-ahead to draw up custom plans for your project (which may involve a modest project retainer). We present the detailed plans and exact cost, accommodate any of your changes and suggestions, then you approve the final plans, pay the agreed upon deposit (never more than half the total price) and we begin. It’s that simple. We take care of everything, from the building permit to the final cleanup.
